The booking is considered to be confirmed if you have received the reservation number from the booking department by e-mail.

We will consider your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Booking by phone or by e-mail is also possible.

The room is called guaranteed when it is prepaid or totally paid.

The cancellation terms without penalty provision: till 72 hours before the arrival time. Booked services are saved till 18:00 of the date of arrival.
